The name AASA, meaning 'hope', reflects our fundamental approach to legal practice - we seek to restore what has been disrupted, resolve what has been fractured, and rebuild what has been damaged.

Our Chambers provide Litigation (Dispute Resolution) and Advisory Services, with experienced and qualified Counsel who represent clients in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and in Tribunals across Delhi. We are specialists in Intellectual Property Law, Media Law, Gaming Law, Artificial Intelligence Regulation, Data Privacy Law, Technology Law and Indirect Tax law. We also provide Policy Advisory, consultation and representation to Government as well as Non-Governmental Policy Think Tanks.
